I miss this "one side wild, another wholesome" fandom. There was something unique about it. It was united all internet users from different part of world.

As a brit, I feel like we don’t see enough of Gb countryhuman. He’s really underrated and even tho the top hat thing is a stereotype, I like it and I wish we could see more of him.

I know this was made two years ago or so, but I need to say this- the talent and creativity, and VERY close attention to detail, has made me fall in love with this animation. The symbolism here, whether intentional or not (I need to reread the desc. to see if you said anything) is so good. I could also totally be trying to make something out of nothing, but idc bc this animation deserves all the little details to be recognized. The rewinding part at the end I love. It's like its showing how people (at least in the USA) won't let the history between the US and UK be forgotten, with some grudges still held (not completely, but yknow). Also just the thought of reliving memories n blah blah blah. THE BEGINNING TOO DON'T GET ME STARTED- I lovethe US leaning back and the knocked over chair. Before the knocking over we get to kind of see the general differences between the US and UK- but there's multiple ways to interpret the emotion- is he doing that because he's being rebellious or bc he likes to stress UK out? Then the knocked over chair being the literal tipping point and showing the consequences of his actions- ahhhhgh The queen (king's, at the time) guard figurine paired with the sound of what can be interpreted as gun shots, with USA holding it. That itself feels like it's foreshadowing and telling multiple events that I'm not informed enough to talk about LMAO. There's this display of purity and tainted innocence, specifically when the color is mostly cyan, where it looks like blood stains/splatters on it. Its like the USA is playing some kind of game before that game becomes reality, in true cliche fashion /j. The colors chosen by the flashing, although likely done to fit with the glitching and stuttering of the song, are awesome too. I like the random changes from warmer tones to cool tone. Also the blood red color change for one of the backgrounds with more of the US in frame- m w a h. God idk. I'm on a tangent and idk if any of it is actually coherent enough to read- I'll probably fix the train wreck when I'm less a mess. Love the animation, again! I can't state it enough how much it hurts (in a good angsty way)!
